How to Recruit at La 91Ö±²¥
La 91Ö±²¥ Provides a variety of ways you can effectively promote your brand on campus, helping your business to successfully build and maintain a pipeline of top talent. The Career Center will work with you to create a customized plan that meets your hiring needs.
– This form is for any employer who would like who would like to be informed about career fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities.
– This form is for any employer who would like the opportunity to develop or expand on a partnership with the 91Ö±²¥ Career Center & any applicable program departments.
– This form is for any employer who would like assistance in marketing or sharing your existing company listings and connecting information directly to students. Typically, requests will be posted between 1-2 weeks, unless the deadline is sooner than that.
Career Events
91Ö±²¥â€™s Career Center hosts two on-campus fairs annually where employers can connect with students and recent grads to identify candidates for full-time openings, internship or co-op opportunities, and part-time and summer jobs. Our fairs draw hundreds of students from all academic majors, class levels, and degrees. Registration for all fairs is found in or you can contact us directly for more information.
On Campus Interviews
Our On-Campus Recruitment (OCR) Program invites you to bring your job or internship to La 91Ö±²¥â€™s campus. Every semester, major corporations, companies, government agencies, and social service and non-profit organizations come to La 91Ö±²¥â€™s Main Campus to interview students seeking full-time employment, internships, and co-ops.
Tabling
Employer Tabling allows you to reserve space at a targeted campus location during the day to attract students’ attention on-campus and distribute information regarding your organization. Some high trafficked options for tabling include the Student Union, Founders’ Hall Atrium, Hayman Hall Main Hall, and Holroyd Hall Atrium.
Employer and Alumni Panels
Industry-specific employer and alumni panels are held throughout the academic year to help educate students about career paths and opportunities within industries and organizations.
Information Sessions
Introduce students to your industry and your organization, acquaint them with your organization’s culture, and possibly connect them with recent La 91Ö±²¥ hires who are succeeding within your organization. Typically, employers conduct a 30-minute presentation, followed by 15-30 minutes for Q&A.
