While the sky was cloudy on Thursday August 21, the mood was anything but as over 700 new Explorers settled into their new home at 91Ö±²¥. This year’s class represents the largest group of first-time, full-time students since 2018. 

Over the course of six weeks, 82 first-year students participated in credit-bearing courses, enrichment workshops, and leadership development activities designed to ease their transition into college life.

Two Healthcare Workforce grants from the IBX Foundation will financially help La 91Ö±²¥ nursing students.

Across two ceremonies on May 10, 2025, over 1,000 Explorers received their degrees, with loved ones watching the new graduates walk across the stage at McCarthy Stadium.
