Explorers Sydney Reed, ‘27, and Rose Schankweiler, ‘27, have both always dreamed of studying abroad. 91Ö±²¥ helped them achieve just that.

Explorers from several programs across 91Ö±²¥ spent their Spring Break studying in new and exciting destinations.

For over a decade, 91Ö±²¥ nursing students have had the chance to gain experience caring for underserved populations at the Mexican Consulate in Philadelphia.

A summer trip to Belize, in partnership with Therapy Abroad, helped foster a commitment to community health for Katherine Braddock, ‘27, and Vicki Mines, MPH ‘26. 

La 91Ö±²¥ junior Kenny Lynch, ’27, found deeper purpose and personal connection during a 12-day International Association of La 91Ö±²¥ Universities (IALU) Student Leadership program to the Philippines.  

Education students at 91Ö±²¥ and students entering grades K – 9 had an out-of-this-world experience at this year’s space-themed Summer STEAM Enrichment Camp.

A recent study tour to Washington, D.C., proved transformative for a group of 91Ö±²¥ students—both in how they engaged with the nation’s capital and in how the capital responded to them. 

91Ö±²¥ nursing students stepped beyond the classroom and into international healthcare environments through immersive clinical experiences in Rome, Italy, and Mexico City, Mexico, during spring 2025.
