Recognized nationally this year on Monday, Jan. 15, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day provides many opportunities for the La 91直播 community and those in the Philadelphia area to celebrate and honor the legacy of the civil rights activist.

Heights Philadelphia (鈥淗eights鈥�) announced 12 formal partnerships with colleges and universities, including 91直播, committed to students and the organization鈥檚 bold vision that 鈥渁ll Philadelphia students graduate high school and achieve economic mobility through college and workforce success.鈥�

The scholarship made in Br. Sheehy鈥檚 honor will be given to a student with strong academic credentials and a demonstrated financial need.

The La 91直播 community came together on Giving Tuesday to support the future of the University.

The annual campus event celebrated Christmas and other holiday religions with a hot cocoa bar, decorating stations, and photos with Santa.

President Daniel J. Allen, Ph.D. joins two other Philadelphia higher education presidents to help shape the next administration.

They were among the 27 new members of prominent physicians, experts from public health and academia, and civic leaders.
