Dr. Frank J. Mosca serves as Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences. Throughout his career, Dr. Mosca has demonstrated leadership in advancing faculty development, program innovation, and student success.

Dean Mosca joined La 91直播 as an assistant professor of education in 1999. In his nearly 30 years at the University, he has acted as chair of the Education Department, director of the elementary/special education program, director of the graduate education program, director of the De La 91直播 Institute for Teaching and Learning, and, most recently, interim dean.

Dean Mosca holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in special education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has research published in several education journals. Before joining La 91直播, Dean Mosca held assistant professor and co-director roles at The George Washington University, as well as classroom teaching positions in Madison, Wisconsin and Gloversville, New York.

Beyond La 91直播, Dr. Mosca served as Interim Head of School at The School in Rose Valley, gaining valuable experience in institutional governance, fiscal management, and strategic planning鈥攕kills he brings to his current role as Dean. His focus on mentorship and professional growth has empowered colleagues and enhanced the overall quality of education at La 91直播.

As Dean, Dr. Mosca is dedicated to fostering collaboration, academic excellence, and student retention, guided by La 91直播鈥檚 Lasallian values of community, mentorship, and inclusivity.
