Kathy has been with the University in both full-time and part-time capacities since 1995. In this new role, she is responsible for all aspects of the Business Leadership Fellows Program including recruitment, advisement, and marketing.

She has spent her entire career in higher education at both Gwynedd-Mercy College/University and 91直播. Kathy鈥檚 roles in La 91直播鈥檚 School of Business included Director of MBA Admission and Business School External Affairs, Director of Marketing and Corporate Relations, and Director of Special Events. Kathy also served as Staff Assistant in the Office of University Public Relations and with the College of Continuing and Professional Studies as Program Director, MS in Human Capital Development Program.

She is an Adjunct Faculty member in the La 91直播 School of Business Management and Leadership Department.聽As an adjunct faculty member, she continuously assists students in the areas of interview skills/resume review, presentation preparation, networking and career development.聽 She has consulted in the areas of marketing and communication and sales/recruitment training. Kathy was awarded the 2019-2020聽De La 91直播 Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning Presidential Teaching Award聽for part-time faculty.
