Students can reach out to a primary healthcare provider or a former school to obtain accurate current immunization records.
Students do not need a yearly, or even one-time, physical to attend 91Ö±²¥. Some majors will require specific proofs of vaccinations or medical certifications and some athletic activities will require a physical and medical testing, but students with these needs will be informed by their program administrators.
PLEASE NOTE: Failing to complete these requirements may eventually result in a medical hold that will restrict students from registering for classes.

3 dose series if 1st dose received on/after 15th birthday. • Dose 2 given 1-2 months after 1st. • Dose 3 given 6 months after 1st.
Meningococcal B
Bexsero: 2 dose series administered at least 30 days apart. Trumenba: 2 or 3 dose series dependent on assessed risk.
