During the open enrollment period, the enrollment or waiver form can be accessed by visiting . Once there, choose 91直播 from the list and follow the directions. Students not covered by another comparable insurance plan must enroll in the University-sponsored health insurance plan.
Once the health insurance is invoiced, students are granted until August 5 to complete the hard-waiver.聽The charge can be reversed upon completion of the hard-waiver but only through August聽5.
