If you choose to apply on-line
Please notify your Certifying Official, 215-951-1846 or vabenefits@lasalle.edu, when you have completed your VA benefits form, and communicate the semester you will begin your studies. Sending a copy of your completed benefits form to the Office of the University Registrar, BOX 818, 1900 W Olney Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19141, so that it may be kept in your file, is appreciated.
