THE PROGRAM  

Join us on an intensive, interdisciplinary program that combines culinary arts, health sciences and their application for health benefits. 

Beauvais is a lovely mid-size town, just an 80- minute train ride away from Paris.  

Program Highlights: 

• Variety of English content classes for Business Major
• Earn La 91Ö±²¥ credits while immersed in Spain’s rich culture
• Learn Spanish or Catalan while taking courses in the beautiful and historic city of Barcelona  

Dates Offered: 

This is a summer 4 week program and is available during the following dates: June 11, 2024 – July 10, 2024 

Application Deadlines: 

• Nomination deadline is February 15, 2024 and student application deadline is on March 1, 2024. 

Eligibility Requirements: 

• At least sophomore year standing – Senior fall semester.  
• An average of a 3.0 minimum cumulative AND major GPA; 
• Confirmation of a clear record of disciplinary conduct with Residence Life 

Courses & Credits: 

Students will receive 6 US credit hours.

The program is entirely in English, designed for international students.  It does include some basic instruction in French. To be eligible for the program, you must be a nutrition major, have successfully completed NUTR 230/230Lab, and have a GPA of at least 3.0 overall. Spaces are limited so we may not be able to nominate all eligible students. 

Housing: 

You will live in UniLa91Ö±²¥â€™s International student residence, located on a safe, 10-acre pedestrian campus just North of downtown.
